Privacy notice
This notice covers the Sariio consulting website and enquiries to David Foggin. Sariio Ltd is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact david@sariio.com with questions or requests about your information.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, area of interest and, optionally, your organisation and a little context. Please do not include confidential information about colleagues, clients or participants. You can also contact David directly by email.
How your information is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss possible work and manage the resulting relationship. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or a legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, as appropriate. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Hosting and service providers
Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions. Enquiries may be delivered through email, and notifications may be routed to Sariio’s internal Slack workspace. These providers process information on Sariio’s behalf. The hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website.
Service providers may process information outside the UK. Information about Netlify’s handling of personal information is available in its privacy statement.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept while it is needed to respond and manage follow-up, then reviewed for deletion when there is no continuing business or legal reason to retain it. If work follows, the engagement’s records and retention requirements are agreed separately. You can ask David about the information held about your enquiry.
Cookies and embedded content
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or embedded video players. Fonts and illustrations are served with the website. External links take you to services with their own privacy notices.
Remembering opened articles
This website uses local storage in your browser to remember which Insights articles you have opened. This keeps their artwork revealed and marks their cards as previously opened. The saved list contains article paths, is not sent to Sariio and is not linked to an account or tracking identifier. It applies only to this browser and can be removed by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser settings. If storage is unavailable, the articles still work.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, or request restriction or portability. Contact David using the address above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
